forgot to mention have to do it , while conected to the game portal for ps3. i got that issue at first . load up portal and then connect the accounts.can really only be done from ps3 side before tying to permanantly linking account . i do wounder why that is though, PS4 Remote Play Windows PC / Mac PS4 Remote Play Windows PC / Mac Language selection.
