Nov 28, 2016 · If there are installation issues for CenturyLink or other bonded VDSL service providers, support experts need to ask the customer if they are using bonded VDSL line. If customer is unsure please ask them to contact their ISP and confirm if they are using Bonded VDSL line. Confirming with ISP is the only way to be certain if bonded VDSL is used.
